About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Car Detailing Stockport website and to any mobile car detailing services you book with us in Stockport and Greater Manchester. By using this website or booking a service, you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before booking — we're happy to explain.
Quotes
All quotes are free and given without obligation. A quote is based on the information and photographs you provide about your vehicle and its condition. If, when we see the car, its condition differs materially from what was described, we'll discuss any change with you before starting — and no work beyond the agreed quote will be carried out without your agreement.
Bookings and access
Because our service is mobile, you are responsible for making sure the vehicle is somewhere we are permitted to work on it, with enough space around it to work safely. Please tell us in advance about anything relevant to the work — for example existing damage, loose or fragile trim, or a sensitive alarm — so we can plan around it.
Carrying out the work
Detailing improves a vehicle's appearance, but it cannot undo every kind of damage. Scratches through the clear coat, stone chips, dents and failing paint cannot be removed by polishing or cleaning, and results always depend on the vehicle's starting condition. We'll advise you honestly about what a service can and can't achieve before you commit. The range of what we offer is described on our services page.
Payment
Payment terms for your booking will be confirmed with your quote before any work begins, so you know exactly what is due and when. We will never add charges for work you haven't agreed to.
Cancellations and rearranging
Plans change — if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp on +44 7375 759686. We'll do the same if circumstances ever force us to move your booking.
